She is the former CEO of Visa in Hong Kong and founded boutique advisory and investment firm Femtech Future in 2023. She is an award winning global femtech expert and thought leader and founder of the podcast Femtech At Work

Sophie is an entrepreneur, investor, and non-executive director focused on medical technology and women's health. With an INSEAD Executive MBA and over 10 years of global commercial experience at Shell, she has held roles spanning Iraq, Dubai, Nigeria, and Kazakhstan.
